Mi chiamo Adalgisa Masella e sono un illustratrice.
Disegno da quando ho memoria, la matita è il mio mezzo preferito, ma mi piace molto usare anche i pastelli, i ritagli di cartacce e in generale le techinche miste.
Dopo gli studi scientifici, frequento l' Accademia di belle Arti di Lecce all'indirizzo Pittura e successivamente mi iscrivo alla Scuola Internazionale di Comics al corso di Illustrazione.
Nel 2018 realizzo alcune illustrazioni per il magazone....
Nel 2019 partecipo al Lucca Junior contest e vinco il "Premio speciale per lo Storyboard" consegnotomi da KiteEdizioni.
Nel 2022 è uscito il mio primo libro "Salta!", con il testo di Davide Calì, edito da Kiteedizioni.
La mia scrivania descrive bene ciò che è necessario sapere sul mio mondo attuale: una mini giungla piena di piante, uno o due felini pronti a supervisionare il lavoro e tanti fogli pronti ad accogliere nuove storie

Hi, I'm an italian Illustrator. I have been drawing as long as I can remember; I chose pensils and crayons to explore my deeper dimension and build new worlds.
After the scientific studies, I attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Lecce, specializing in painting. During that period I took part in several local exhibitions with my paintings.
Later I moved to Reggio Emilia, where I still live now, and I graduated in illustration, attending the International School of Comics. In the meanwhile I attended and achieved the professional specialization in Digital Illustration.
In 2018 I realized some illustrations for the magazine "Le Pagine di ArgentoVivo - N.12 December 2018".
In 2019 I participated in the Lucca Junior contest and I won the "Special Publisher Award for Storyboard"(Premio speciale per ) created by Kite Edizioni.
My first book is “Salta!” edited by Kite editioni.
My desk describes perfectly my world: on its worksurface you can find plants, at least one of mine two cats supervise the work, and a sheet of paper (white or not) always ready to welcome new projects.
